So, just as general info for anyone who finds this here on itch. It's incomplete, and will probably be incomplete for a long time, if not indefinitely. Apparently there won't even be an update until 2026 thanks to the new project he's working on. Current SA update is 1.25 on Patreon if you want to go pay for an unfinished product like I did. I was a fool and thought since he'd started the new project SA must be complete. Found out after paying to subscribe to Patreon because most of the messages are behind the paywall, but nope, it ain't done. He's just working on something new now and left SA unfinished and apparently SA is kind of his "main game" on SS and the new project is the "main game" on Patreon. For now. We'll see if it ever gets finished. So many developers do this. Start one, start a new one, never finish the old one. Rinse/repeat. (sigh) Keeping my fingers crossed though because it really is a great story.
I notice a handful of Devs do that, start a game and before they finished it, start a new game. Some go a whole year before hearing anything about any kind of update. I used to donate some money but now I just wait to see if a game gets finished or not.
Anyone been able to finish this? The mental gymnastics from the MC and constant repeating himself is tiresome. Couldn't read any more of his dribble...

How much progress will be made since he's already moved his focus to a new story remains to be seen. Seen it a hundred times already. Dev starts new project before old project is finished, then the old project becomes left behind completely or barely makes any progress anymore.
Really amazing game, well written story and very good character development, im hoping for new updates asap Its really hard and unusual for me to comment on games i played but this one i made sure that i gave a nice review because it was really good.

i'm enjoying the game, for the most part. what i don't understand is why is the mc fighting with himself so much when he's already come to terms with his feelings? he's seeming more and more like a beta, and has no spine. i'm getting irritated with how little he tries and how much he pushes people away. the pushing away is a great way to push people out of your life. i know, because it happened to me when i was younger. it also happened to mc when he was younger, which helped me relate to him a bit. but s**t, why can't he just grow up, grow a pair, and stop being a b**ch?
also, there's not enough save pages. i've already filled all nine pages and am overwriting saves that i wanted to be able to go back to to try alternative routes from specific points.
1.14 is included in the download. But you may have to go to (f95zone) where this dev is still updating the game 1.24.3 is out. Just be careful when downloading new releases on any game sites or game links posted by players in comments. I have found viruses in both over the years. If you find viruses I recommend giving the link to a YouTuber that does reverse hacking 🤭 hehehe
it really does not make sense people keep referring to the mc by the original name when you change it. i called the mc idiot and so got the sentence "idiot? short for francis?". it just does not work if you allow the player to change the mc name.
According to the developer's Patreon page the game is not abandoned. Update 1.24.1 was released back in June 2024 and 1.23 was back in April. The timing would indicate that the other site release is apparently the "Free to all" Non-Patreon release of the game as it does not include any Patreon content that is indicated as included in the "Paid Member" releases. The Patreon page shows an August 2024 post referring to a 1.24.1.1 release? May be a patch around the Becca character from what it shows.
Considering that 1.24.1 is out it looks like the developer has forgotten itch or doesn't care about this page anymore. I am glad to see that the game is still in progress and updated. Last update was released about a month or so ago. There must have been others before I found it since it installs as an over 7 GB game. Even if the developer has turned their back on itch they clearly have not turned their back on the game.

I keep watching Patreon for updates on the games I am interested in and much as I would like to join each developer's page and get early access as well as Patreon versions of the games I am on a fixed monthly income so I can only be a member of a couple of them. Sorry. I did not mean to offend. I would not have mentioned the site if I had any clue it was possibly not legit.
You download and then unzip the files into their respective folder. Then copy the contents of each respective folder into the folder where the game currently resides
On the newest Windows, you can just open the file after it is downloaded. When you have the file open, there will be an option that says "Extract all"
Select that option and it will automatically open a prompt selecting the destination. By default, it should redirect back to your "Downloads" folder under the exact same name as the file you downloaded from here. Once the extraction is complete, you will be able to access the game via the new folder created in your Downloads.

it skips from 1.13-1.15 is 1.14 missing or included in 1.15?

For others having this issue:
On the newest Windows, you can just open the file after it is downloaded. When you have the file open, there will be an option that says "Extract all"
Select that option and it will automatically open a prompt selecting the destination. Once the extraction is complete, you will be able to access the game via the new folder created in your Downloads.
Way faster than doing it one thing at a time.
